A Conversation Between Akpos And A Police Man
A policeman searched Akpos in a nightclub toilet last night and found a small bag of drugs.
"It's not my fault," Akpos said, "every time I try flushing them down the toilet they magically appear back in my pocket again!"
"Do you really expect me to believe that?" Said the policeman as he laughed.
Akpos replied, "I'll prove it to you if you want me to!"
"Go on then." The policeman said as he smiled. Handing Akpos the bag.
After flushing them, the policeman looked at Akpos and said, "Well, show me your pocket then."
"What for?" Akpos asked.
Police said "The drugs!"
Akpos replied, "What drugs?"
One Word For Akpos!

ReplyDeleteIt was an error in good faith. The ticket will stand but you have a right to at least try to get it khasbbaed. Since you actually have a ticket in hand, and knew when the court date was, it is pretty obvious that at some point you were given a ticket.Occasionally search warrants are issued for incorrect dates and even incorrect address but because the police acted on the information in good faith whatever they find is usually admissible. The same principle will probably apply here.
